MY STORY
What drives Amy, a dedicated mother, daughter, sister, involved citizen and and FT broker with @properties and the #1 real estate firm in Chicago/Chicagoland, is a passion for going above her clients expectations.
Buying and selling a home should be an exciting time in ones life, not a stressful one. Amy's goal from start to close is making their transaction as smooth as possible. Using her industry knowledge, experience and client loyalty to assist her clients through the ever changing real estate market. She places her clients interests high and skillfully negotiates for them. They can be at ease knowing that Amy is there to see them through the process successfully. For buyers, this means locating a home near the things that matter most: schools, work and activities. For sellers, it means using @properties cutting edge marketing strategies to sell their home faster.
When Amy began real estate years ago, her goal was to be a 'full service' agent bringing her clients the best experience to the finish. Her clients appreciate her 'one-stop shop', as they have called it, approach to real estate. Amy's relationships with expert service partners (attorneys, contractors, inspectors, landscapers, etc) allow her clients real estate transaction to be seamless. Her designations as a certified stager and senior real estate specialist further enhance her services.
Amy is a proud 3rd generation Park Ridge resident. She conducts most of her business throughout the NW suburbs, north shore, NW Chicago and the western suburbs. Amy currently resides in Park Ridge with her son Joseph and standard poodle, Cassidy. She is active in local schools, the community, philanthropic groups, her parish, pet rescues and local activities.
